Return policy

Return requests can be submitted to info@dmpdispenser.com. Please include your reason(s) for the return. All return requests will be assessed on a case by case basis and must be approved by sales management before they can be processed. The outcome of the return request will be communicated to you via email or telephonically as soon as a decision has been made. Returns may incur handling and logistics fees.

DM Procom will not accept any unapproved returns.
